Peanut Butter Banana Almond “Milkshake” (Total time: 5 minutes)

I guess you can’t really call this a milkshake since theres no real milk in it, but if you’ve ever felt like eating a milkshake for breakfast, this is definitely the way to go! This recipe is super rich and filling, and takes less than 5 minutes to make.

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas (if you don’t have frozen bananas add 1/2 cup of ice)

1/3 cup of almond milk (you can add more depending on how thick you want it)

1/3 cup peanut butter **

3 Tbsp Cocoa nibs

A dash of cinnamon

** check and see if your peanut butter is sweetened, if it isn’t, add a date or a tbsp of honey

Directions

1: Add all your ingredients to the blender

2: Blend until smooth and no chunks are left

3: Pour into a glass, add fresh banana slices or cocoa nibs if you want.

Thanks! Running a blog definitely takes more work than I had expected it to. I still haven’t quite figured out all the programming aspects of it, but youtube videos have helped. Also, a lot of well known bloggers have written pages about how to start your own blog, using their tips is how I started mine!
