Easy Overnight Oats

1.) Measure your ingredients (add chia seeds too if you want)!

2.) Put all the ingredients in a jar or bowl.

3.) Stir the ingredients together until they are well mixed, you want to make sure the honey is evenly distributed. If you’re using a jar you can screw on the cap and shake vigorously, just make sure everything gets combined.

4.) Put it in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4-5 hours.

Easy Overnight Oats (Total Time: 5hr 5min, Prep Time: 3 min, Serves: 1)

At 6 ingredients, and 3 minutes to prepare, this is as simple as a well balanced breakfast gets. Plus you won’t even have to make it in the morning when you’re struggling to get out of bed. This breakfast is a no-mess, great to take on the go meal that will leave you filling full for hours after. These oats are definitely a time saverĀ (reaching into the refrigerator never takes me long) and are great for busy mornings when you have to get up early and get going. As usual with my recipes, this is fairly customizable; you can always add in nut butter, or different fruits to make it how you like!

Ingredients

1/3 cup oats

1/3 cup plain greek yogurt

1/3 cup almond milk (I use protein boosted almond milk)

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp chia seeds (not necessary but highly recommended)

1 small handful dried cranberries or dried fruit (Pomegranates also taste amazing in this)

Directions

1: Put everything in a bowl or jar.

2: Mix or shake until all the ingredients are very well combined and evenly distributed.

3: Put in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours, overnight is best, then eat!
